Company Profile

GREATOX was initiated by senior unmanned vehicle experts and established with the support of venture capital funds and China Railway Construction Corporation. The company is based on the R&D and manufacturing of heavy-duty vehicles, and, with the realization of autonomous driving functions as a prerequisite, carries out comprehensive innovations in heavy-duty logistics vehicles in terms of design technical routes, manufacturing processes, supply chains, etc.; deeply integrates robotics technology, AI technology, autonomous driving technology and heavy-duty vehicles, providing customers with heavy-duty cargo transfer vehicles featuring L4 autonomous driving capability, high control precision, and high safety redundancy.

GREATOX's core business is the R&D and manufacturing of heavy-duty unmanned vehicles. At the same time, it can provide customers with unmanned logistics solutions for heavy-duty cargo.

Products are divided into three major categories:

First Category: Heavy-Duty Autonomous Driving Logistics Vehicles.

This series of products adopts a universal heavy-duty truck axle design, with 30-ton bulk cargo logistics vehicles, 65-ton port container logistics vehicles, and 120-ton steel coil logistics vehicles available. The products have a full-load speed of 35 Km/h and can be equipped with an L4 autonomous driving system.

Second Category: Fully Electric Unmanned Frame Transport Vehicles

This series of products is mainly designed for steel mills to transport steel materials, steel coils and other materials, featuring extremely strong vibration and impact resistance. It can be used in extremely cold weather in northern regions and in rain and snow conditions, can adapt to harsh road surfaces and icy and snowy road environments, and can be used together with metal stools. The vehicles adopt hydraulic active suspension while also achieving an overall lifting function. Load capacities of 50 tons, 100 tons, and 150 tons are available. The full-load speed is 20 Km/h, the vehicles can travel omnidirectionally, and they are equipped with an L4 autonomous driving system.

Third Category: Multi-Drive Omnidirectional Heavy-Duty AGVs.

This series of products is mainly designed for transporting ultra-heavy cargo. It can travel omnidirectionally, and the hydraulic active suspension system can adapt to road conditions. It features an overall lifting function. The maximum load capacity of a single vehicle is 500 tons. Multi-vehicle synchronous control technology can also be used to transport cargo weighing several times the load capacity of a single vehicle.

All of the above vehicle models can be customized according to customer requirements.

Company members have 20 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of heavy-duty transport vehicles, 10 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of heavy-duty AGVs, 10 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of new-energy heavy-duty trucks, 5 years of experience in the R&D and manufacturing of heavy-duty autonomous driving logistics vehicles, and 5 years of experience in the development and application of L4 autonomous driving system solutions.

Among the R&D personnel, 10% hold doctoral degrees; 40% hold master's degrees; 15% have overseas study experience at prestigious universities; 50% have R&D work experience at renowned Chinese vehicle manufacturing enterprises.

GREATOX's R&D and sales center is located in Shanghai, with manufacturing bases established in Changzhou and Beijing respectively; sales and after-sales service centers are located in Hyderabad, India, Shah Alam, Malaysia, Chicago, USA, and Hannover, Germany respectively.

GREATOX provides the most cost-effective heavy-duty unmanned vehicle products and unmanned logistics solutions for industries including ports, steel mills, shipbuilding, heavy machinery, transformers, etc., with excellent products, professional technical capabilities, and a sincere service attitude.
